BOOK COLLECTION / DONATIONS: 

BOOK COLLECTION -  We offer a home/office collection service for all book donations. Please  to organise a weekend collection time at your convenience.  If possible we request books be placed in solid boxes and placed in a downstairs location. We can provide boxes on request and are able to box directly from shelves for Estate clearances.

BOOK DELIVERIES - We also accept donations in-store at any time, including after-hours. Please visit our contact us page for store hours or to organise a special delivery time.

CHARITY DONATIONS - We will donate to specific charities on occasion. If you are a charity and would like to be added to our contact list, please  with charity details and contact information

TRADE TIMES: 

Trade can be done during business hours, however we do request outside the hours of 12pm and 2pm weekdays. We do suggest calling in advance to ensure that a purchaser will be able to assist you.

Photo ID may be requested for any books we purchase with cash payments. If you have a large collection to bring in, we ask that you drop them off and leave a name and number so we can contact you with a trade/buy offer. Please note that The Recycled Book Shop mainly deals in trade or in-store credit.

PLEASE NOTE: Pick-up services are offered for book donations only.

BUY & TRADE: 

The Recycled Book Shop mainly deals in Trade (in-Store credit) and will offer cash for only very particular titles. We are currently seeking:

• Penguin Classics
• University Press Titles
• Eastern/Western Philosophy
• Paperback Best-Sellers / Award Winners
• Academic (excluding below)

All above requested in as new condition.

 As a general rule we DO NOT take (unless donated): 

• Computer books 

• Outdated textbooks 

• Magazines. 

• Hard Cover Fiction (Except First Edition / First Printing) 

We are also being a little stricter with the intake of dated history, politics and business books.
